Responsibilities
Master the executive leader’s daily calendar nuances, owning schedule adjustments
Schedule cross-functional meetings across the company
Attend required meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items when needed
Maintain a pulse on the company and bring any urgent and report important matters
Coordinate the executive leader’s participation in conferences, events, and other engagements
Manage the executive leader’s travel arrangements
Assist with occasional personal requests
Coordinate and manage ad hoc projects

Required
At least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a high-growth startup setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects from start to finish
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and problem-solve
Resiliency and adaptiveness to changing needs, priorities, and responsibilities
Solid written communication skills: concise, articulate, and polished
Aptitude for communicating with diverse, senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Experience in client relations, project management, event planning, or similar roles
Experience with high-volume calendaring
Tech-savviness and mastery of Google Suite
