Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Processes:
Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices for high-quality product delivery.
Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove Obstacles:
Identify and eliminate impediments hindering team progress.
Ensure team focus by shielding from external interruptions.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote continuous improvement within the team and organization.
Lead by example in Agile methodologies application.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the team and other departments.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on team performance and progress.
Use data to identify improvement areas.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with business stakeholders to align deliverables with goals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
8-10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams in a complex, regulated environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
