Responsibilities

Sell advertising solutions to local and regional businesses and advertising agencies.

Apply the Scripps Sales Process (SSP) to analyze current and prospective customer needs and provide customized advertising solutions.

Facilitate customers' access to a full array of digital marketing options.

Independently prospect, secure appointments, develop customized solutions, present and close sales.

Negotiate program ratings and advertising rates with advertising agencies.

Serve as a trusted advisor, provide best-in-class customer service, grow accounts, and gain business from referrals.

Perform client services, including media avail negotiations, presentation preparation, copywriting, and revenue collection.

Manage a sales funnel through CRM systems, achieve key performance indicators, and contribute to campaign development.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, entertain clients, and perform routine administrative functions.

Perform other duties as assigned.
