Responsibilities

Develop and create unique best-in-class digital content across various platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Work with the marketing team to understand content needs for different platforms and drive execution based on performance KPIs.
Manage and collaborate with design and creative agencies to ensure branding and quality standards.
Create compelling multimedia content that aligns with the brand.
Support the creation of evergreen and campaign content, syncing with the brand content calendar.
Design coupons, stickers, and shipping inserts as required.

Required

5 years of experience in a Graphic Design role
Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Highly knowledgeable about digital advertising, with a clear understanding of best-in-class performing content and emerging trends
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates mastery of digital design

Preferred

Experience designing for Healthcare brands, SaaS companies, services, or Hospitals is a strong plus
Experience with photography, video editing, Adobe Premiere, or Adobe After Effects is a plus
