Responsibilities

Provides support to users of Global Launch’s Salesforce Org.
Involves a combination of user support, project management, Salesforce system development and maintenance.
Prepares and delivers Salesforce instruction, troubleshoots processes, maintains integrations, and communicates with customers and technology specialists.
Identifies causes of problems with Salesforce and/or its integrations and takes appropriate action to troubleshoot.
Coordinates with users, leaders, and developers to ensure optimal use and efficiency of Salesforce.
Develops and improves user systems procedures, and prepares system and process documentation.
Develops and delivers instructional training on the use of Salesforce and supported technology products and systems to staff and Salesforce users.
Clearly communicates all essential Salesforce updates, changes, and issues with stakeholders.
Collaborates across the University as the representative of Global Launch’s Salesforce instance to partner with ASU and other departments on best practices.

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
One (1) year of information technology experience
Certificates from recognized programs that indicate mastery of tools and techniques relevant to the assignment may substitute for up to six months experience

Preferred

Evidence of a Salesforce Admin Certification
Experience in project management
Experience delivering instruction and training
Experience with process mapping and documentation
Experience with Form Assembly, Pardot or other Marketing automations
Experience with Higher Education Data
Experience in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning environments
Experience with Salesforce Community environments and Experience Cloud
Experience with data management
Evidence of effective communication and customer support experience
