Responsibilities

Handle incoming phone calls and route them internally

Make outbound phone calls to confirm appointments

Schedule appointments as needed

Update the database and manage timelines

Use MS Word and MS Excel for various administrative tasks

Operate a switchboard handling 1-10 lines

Handle inbound telephone calls with proper phone etiquette

Dispatch calls as needed

Required

Must possess proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

Experience in handling switchboard phones, preferably 1-10 lines

Ability to manage and answer a multi-line phone system

Experience in handling inbound telephone calls is necessary

Must display excellent phone etiquette

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary

Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion

Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills are necessary

Preferred

Experience in dispatching calls is a plus

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the retail industry, is desirable
