Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for consulting engagements with federal government clients, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, leveraging Agile principles where applicable to promote iterative development and continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical specialists, to execute project tasks and achieve project milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to provide transparency and accountability.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Support internal corporate projects, such as process improvements, technology implementations, and organizational initiatives, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices to drive success.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience within project management field.
Proven experience managing projects in a professional consulting environment, with familiarity with and active usage of Agile methodologies and principles.
Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
PMP certification preferred.
