Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase museum visitation and enhance public engagement.
Manage and optimize social media channels, email campaigns, and the museum’s website to effectively promote exhibitions and events.
Collaborate with curatorial and educational teams to create compelling marketing content and promotional materials.
Analyze market trends and audience data to adjust marketing plans and improve campaign effectiveness.
Foster partnerships with local businesses, media outlets, and community organizations to expand the museum’s reach and visibility.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns.
Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage with the museum’s target audience.
Inspire and collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and shareable content.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.

Required
Bachelor's degree in retail marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
Experience in creative direction and managing a creative team.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, consumer behavior, and organizational priorities.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies.
