Responsibilities

Create and/or process work requests in work management software.

Estimate electrical loads for customers and determine actual or proposed field measurements.

Model proposed designs with the appropriate software to meet customer needs and ensure all results follow respective regulatory requirements.

Produce construction prints for field construction of proposed designs Attend weekly work scheduling meetings.

Assist TEC Distribution Design staff as needed.

Required

Enrolled in an accredited university as a college undergraduate or a graduate level post-secondary educational program in a related discipline

Enrollment in the university’s co-op program (proof of enrollment required); if not eligible for co-op program (or program unavailable), the student will be considered an intern

Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Degree in Engineering

Knowledge of Electrical Systems
