Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the technology lifecycle of new products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, and release.

Evaluates business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, customer business issues, and the competitive landscape.

Takes accountability for the successful delivery of all roadmap releases and features along with achieving product goals and KPIs.

Work with internal stakeholders to position products & features, design demos, developing training courses, and to ensure general organizational readiness.

Leads discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and customers.

Breaks the product vision into product releases and features that continuously deliver value to the customer.

Assists services and engineering troubleshooting product escalations from customers.
