Responsibilities
Maintain key broker relationships in the commercial real estate broker/tenant ecosystem.
Drive growth and expand business opportunities through leveraging broker relationships.
Attend meetings and events to drive business opportunities and brand awareness.
Strengthen connections with networking partners such as brokers, real estate vendors, and tenants.
Identify new opportunities for the Business Development Principals to pursue and secure as clients.
Collaborate with the business development team to create strategies and action plans for achieving sales targets.
Utilize superior communication skills for oral, written, and presentation excellence.
Act as the client's brand ambassador, handle account development, and perform ad hoc sales duties.
Continuously update and improve the lead qualification process to ensure high-quality opportunities.

Required
4+ years of direct commercial real estate sales experience
