Responsibilities

Develop aggressive marketing strategy

Plan and manage all activities related to advertising and promotion

Develop and run successful promotion campaigns involving partnerships, email marketing, social media, and advertising

Oversee creation, production, and fulfillment of marketing materials

Work closely with partners to determine campaign deliverables

Manage content and creative deadlines to ensure campaign success

Marketing Campaign analysis: conduct real-time data analysis to monitor and report on marketing campaign performance

Coordinate among various internal teams to ensure aggressive deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality

Maintain working knowledge of PC software to support marketing efforts; i.e. Office Suite, Act, must also maintain a general understanding of graphics and internet applications and internet capabilities as trains

Perform other duties as related

Required

Marketing/Business focused degree; 2-4 years marketing and communication experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail

Excellent time management

Strong personal initiative and works well with a team, creative, personable and can multi-task simultaneous project and adjust to frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment

Strong written and oral communication skills, creative nature and proven project management skills

Strong understanding of outreach through new and social media platforms

Strong familiarity with Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Knowledge of digital imaging software.
