Responsibilities

Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques including ability to leverage visualization, data analysis and data mining tools.

Develops and implements data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains databases/data systems.

Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Filters and cleans data by reviewing the data and leverages performance indicators to locate and analyze anomalies.

Works with management to recommend and prioritize business and information needs as well as locate and define new process improvement opportunities based on data analyses.

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 3 years of data analytics

Experience with Tableau, Python, R, ACL, PowerBI, MATLAB

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Additional experience with the following will drive success in this role: Identify gaps in the improper payment data collection processes

Provide analysis and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the data collection, review, and modeling

Develop controls to ensure data quality and data completeness

Evaluate and provide recommendations on organization structure, methods, procedures
