Responsibilities

Evaluate proposed changes to customer and vendor master data

Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to validate data updates

Manage customer and vendor data in NetSuite

Maintain accurate records related to customer hierarchy and pricing

Ensure data consistency across different areas within NetSuite

Train internal Our Home associates on functional master data standards, definitions, processes, policies, and tools

Own customer/vendor data dictionary

Foster understanding of data management best practices

Research Ship To level, Sold To level, and Billing/Payer structure in NetSuite to enrich/update records

Understand the Partnership functionality of customer accounts

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Customer Service, Procurement, Accounting, Sales) to address data-related inquiries

Work closely with the Master Data Manager to enhance data quality

Implement industry best practices for data enrichment

Explore innovative ways to improve customer and vendor data

Coordinate master data requirements across teams

Implement data quality checks

Maintain data integrity throughout the organization
