Responsibilities

Be part of a fast-paced, highly technical development team responsible for developing and delivering SaaS solutions to HR organizations.
Serve as a lead architect in the design and development of software systems and subsystems.
Research and champion new technologies and approaches.
Conduct design and code reviews and provide feedback on engineering best practices.
Mentor and guide other software engineers within the team.
Participate in all phases of SDLC: from system analysis to technical design and development and test to deployment and support.

Required

3+ years of experience in Single Sign-On Implementations (SAML, OIDC, LDAP) with Okta
Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, SDKs, and authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, Basic Auth)
Front-end development experience in Angular, HTML5, Typescript, and JavaScript
Back-end development experience using .NET core, C#
Agile methodologies experience (e.g., Scrum) is a strong plus
Strong understanding of engineering best practices and software design
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
8+ years of programming experience required

Preferred

Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Mobile app development experience is a plus, as well as Mobile First and Responsive Web Design experience
