Responsibilities
Become a highly valued, contributing member of the Dantech Team

Adhere to all Dantech policies and protocols
Be flexible and adaptable as technical and operational requirements do change
Learn quickly and document/update documentation accordingly
Complete assigned training and/or exercises, within requested timeframes
Obtain technical accreditations and certifications, as assigned, within requested timeframes
Adhere to Dantech technology standards and practices
Develop high quality deliverables that meets or exceeds all technical and performance requirements
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, diagrams, and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, including navigation menus, and data visualizations
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Accept feedback graciously and resolve to address issues or concerns
Contribute to the overall quality of the Dantech Team solutions deliveries
Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports
Complete all administrative office tasks to the highest of standards
Support internal projects and office functions
Complete additional tasks, as requested

Required
Bachelor Degree in Art or Graphic Design (or 4+ years of professional in-office work experience)
2+ years of MS Word or Google Docs
2+ years of MS Excel or Google Sheets
2+ years of applying excellent customer service skills to requests for help
2+ years of experience gathering requirements
2+ years of experience designing UX
2+ years of experience developing UI
2+ years of experience demonstrating a strong understanding of web and mobile UI standards, usability, and in the design of user interfaces
2+ years of experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma)
2+ years of experience with HTML5
2+ years of experience with CSS3
Preferred
1+ years of familiarity with Cloud concepts and terminology
