Responsibilities

Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules for IT infrastructure, End User technology and Security initiatives.

Collaborate with the team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Help identify resources, both human and material, required for the project.

Communicate with project stakeholders, team members and management.

Update project status, progress reports and burndown charts.

Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations as needed.

Assign tasks to team members.

Monitor task progress.

Work with cross-functional teams.

Highly organized individual with excellent communication skills

Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules for IT infrastructure, End User technology and Security initiatives

Experience defining business requirements and knowledge of business process definitions, application design/configuration and systems implementation and testing activities

Experience with training and support of end users

Exposure to Infrastructure, End-User and Security technologies

Excellent communication – oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving project success

Ability to develop effective and cooperative working relationships across multiple areas

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred

Minor or advanced degree in computer science

PMP and/or other industry and project management certifications
