Responsibilities
Assist in conceptualizing and reshaping business processes, focusing on system updates and budgeting/forecasting support.
Analyze and assess various process areas/data to identify improvement opportunities.
Understand and align business processes with internal and external customer requirements.
Extract meaningful insights from diverse data repositories for decision-making.
Design and maintain executive-level reports ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Evaluate business area readiness for change, implement new processes, and track progress.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to financial performance and project execution.
Collaborate with customers and partners to gather requirements and ensure effective communication.
Provide project management support for timely completion and goal adherence.
Perform benchmark comparisons of business processes to inform best practices and continuous improvement.

Required
University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
1-3 years of relevant work experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively
Proficiency in using data visualization tools and creating informative dashboards for executive-level reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Knowledge of data modeling and algorithms techniques is preferred
