Responsibilities

Dive deep into the suite of products to become an in-house IT software expert
Undertake comprehensive software testing, identify inconsistencies, and troubleshoot to ensure flawless feature releases
Prepare detailed reports on software quality and functionality after thorough testing
Proactively suggest improvements to testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle to maintain quality standards

Required

Operating System experience (Windows/ Mac/ Linux)
Experience with virtualization - any 'Type' hypervisors (VMWare Workstation, VMWare Fusion, VirtualBox, Parallels)
Experience with computer networks and network equipment (setup and management)
Understanding of network hardware
TCP/IP protocol understanding (especially SNMP, TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS)
Experience of using Postman (or any other API platforms)
Ability to collect and analyze information from log files
Experience with remote control tools (TeamViewer, Splashtop, AnyDesk, ConnectWise)
Ability to use cmd/ PowerShell
Basic knowledge of OSI layers

Preferred

OS Windows and Mac at administrator level
Win Servers and any Linux distributions
Configuration and working with network equipment, including Cisco, Juniper, HP and others
Type 1 hypervisors (ESXi)
Active Directory
