Responsibilities

Back-up cashiering to daily routes/bank reconciliation daily.

Full-Service cash counting/First fills – closeouts

Over/Short log – reconciliation

No payment log – reconciliation

Dispute management

Supplier request/supplier refunds

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Prior experience providing administrative support

Strong computer skills in Office – excel specific

Banking experience

Strong attention to detail needed

Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency

Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills

Must be able to 20-30lbs daily
