Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Coordinate marketing activities and initiatives, including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional items, in collaboration with the marketing team and external vendors.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
Assist in managing and updating the company's website and social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities.
Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations, summarizing key metrics, campaign performance, and results.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation is a plus.
