Responsibilities

Provide go-to-market support for key launches to ensure users can reap the full benefits of product capabilities

Provide user support for platforms, manage customer support channels, and facilitate onboarding sessions with new power users. Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed

Serve as a customer advocate throughout the product development lifecycle, from conducting empathy interviews to providing post-launch support

Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
