Responsibilities
Provide planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, Wireless Local Area Network infrastructure.
Make strategic decisions in planning and designing network configurations.
Analyze network performance and provide training and mentoring to other Information Technology Specialists.
Support and manage all WAN/LAN/WLAN services.

Required
Minimum of four (4) years of IT related experience in planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructures
Cisco WAN/LAN/WLAN operating system administration
TCP/IP network protocols, functions, and operations
Understanding of network addressing standards and administration
Experience in one or more communication technologies such as MPLS or TCP/IP router networks
Ability to deliver effective verbal and written messages that facilitate mutual understanding on both parties
Customer service skills that include active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
A master's degree in Information Technology or an IT related field substitutes for three (3) years of experience
An IT related bachelor's degree substitutes for two (2) years of experience
An IT related associate's degree substitutes for one (1) year
