Responsibilities
Support marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics focused on delivering the right message to customers
Lead communication plans to ensure projects are initiated on time and completed within budget
Communicate and collaborate with Product and Marketing Managers, as well as cross-functional teams
Write customer-focused briefs and create marketing collateral including white papers, presentations, case studies, etc.
Champion global editorial calendar development and manage sales enablement tools
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of materials
Build relationships with influencers and key collaborators
Ensure global brand, regulatory, and legal compliance

Required
5+ years' work experience in a similar role and field (marketing, communications, marketing communications or agency) required
Industry knowledge a plus
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Extremely detail-oriented
High level of intensity and comfort level with change
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
Strong computer skills required, experience with project management and budgeting software a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management or equivalent preferred
Travel up to 5%, domestic or internationally
