Responsibilities
Drive innovation within the Salesforce app and identify efficiencies.
Assist in developing meaningful reports and dashboards for end users and management.
Troubleshoot email campaigns, workflows, and approval cycles.
Ensure data integrity within the Salesforce Application.
Provide end-user support, monitor systems, and respond to inquiries.
Analyze information, anticipate problems, and opportunities.
Develop business requirement documents for technical teams.
Create and update application support documentation.
Handle user account management and technical issues.
Provide back-up support to team members.

Required
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and experience in Administration work with the system
General knowledge of applications and database concepts and their structures
History of being a proactive and independent self-starter
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with sales, peers, and associates
Ability to solve complex issues independently, timely and under pressure
Critical thinking with a creative mindset
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel specifically)
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Certification in Salesforce Administration
