Responsibilities
Support project management leads on day-to-day tasks, for projects that include the production of digital banners and video assets for global distribution.
Assist in the internal tracking, routing, and client reviews, using various tools, for all translation assets and media assets.
Review and proof assets to ensure highest quality prior to sending to client.
Assist in managing scope, client change requests, documentation, and client reports.
Assist in maintaining timelines, schedules, and reports on a per-project basis.

Required
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
1-2 years project coordinator experience managing timelines in an agency or related
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written.
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and deadlines, and be detail oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Proficient in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive; Smartsheet.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneDrive.
Proficiency with Mac; familiarity with Windows.
Banner and digital media experience is a plus.
