Responsibilities

Write readable/testable/efficient code in React and Redux and master the technology stack to deliver new features, improve system stability, and increase overall performance.

Partner with engineering and product leaders on developing the user interface and frontend infrastructure while setting the technical direction for large projects.

Evaluate, strengthen, and document technical architecture, tools, and processes.

Champion software quality, implement automation, drive continuous delivery, and reduce time to production while proactively reducing technical debt.

Mentor and coach engineers on system design, operating in high uncertainty, and problem-solving to create a supportive, inclusive environment for growth.

Required

Experience writing readable/testable/efficient code in React and Redux

Ability to take ownership of key features and drive development from end to end

Collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers

Experience in setting technical direction for large projects

Evaluation, strengthening, and documentation of technical architecture, tools, and processes

Championing software quality, implementing automation, driving continuous delivery, and reducing technical debt

Mentoring and coaching engineers on system design and problem-solving

Participation in coding interviews in React

Participation in virtual onsite interviews covering domain expertise and systems design

Preferred

Experience with PyTorch Lightning or similar AI frameworks

Previous experience in a startup environment

Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts

Experience working with a diverse team

Experience in UI/UX design

Experience with other frontend technologies
