Responsibilities
Partner with product owners to define and shape product needs, translate them into business requirements, and align with technology roadmaps and standards.
Understand the needs of internal users/broker agents and external consumers, collaborating with designers and developers to create optimal user experiences.
Assist in maintaining a prioritized product backlog, participate in ideation sessions, and provide strategic recommendations based on rigorous analysis.
Take ownership of a domain, understand user needs, and leverage technology to address those needs.

Required
Bachelors degree required
Lead end-to-end analysis of complex business problems, utilizing advanced analytical techniques and tools to uncover insights and opportunities.
Experience in working as part of an Agile team.
Demonstrate expertise in analyzing business problems and business processes by showing curiosity and incorporating the feedback in documentation.
Experience with wireframe tools.
Experience with Atlassian suite of tools, including Confluence & Jira
3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager.
Preferred
Passion for solving customer challenges by using technology solutions.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for delivering results.
Experience with SQL.
Experience with user experience analytical tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
