Responsibilities

Assemble swag boxes for clients, prospective team members and vendors.
Assist with events, setting up marketing materials and ensuring proper marketing materials are available.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
Ensure all deliverables are met on time by maintaining campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets.
Perform quality assurance (QA) on all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand standards.
Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other marketing events.
Attend live activation, promotional events, and community engagements.
Manage the creation, sourcing, and distribution of marketing materials and promotional products, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and promotional goals.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of promotional items.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed to Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and Chief Growth Officer.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2 years of proven experience in marketing coordination, project management, or related roles.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and basic SEO principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and marketing software/tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow.
