Responsibilities

Assist Director of Organizational Initiatives in implementing successful organizational projects that are delivered according to plan and project requirements.

Support the project team in the development of project schedules, meeting agendas, and coordination of project meetings between multiple programs and departments.

Organize and maintain documentation and relevant materials on project shared drive, and third-party document repositories as needed.

Support the formatting & revisions of project communication as needed.

Support the project team in facilitation of project activities, meetings, and engagement throughout the duration of the project.

Support the management of Arrow’s Change Management helpdesk tickets and project coordination.

Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of project management software.

Demonstrate knowledge, awareness and working relationships with social, educational, human services programs and other resources available to participants and their families.

Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.

May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
