Responsibilities

Define, design, and refine an Asset Maintenance Plan incorporating preventive maintenance tasks and testing methodologies.

Assess repair/replace decisions and utilize MFMEA at the plants.

Reduce asset reliability risks for new and existing projects.

Standardize and govern Master Routines per technology.

Optimize preventive maintenance routines and spare parts management.

Provide engineering maintenance support to plants and execute PdM master plans.

Participate in design and installation specifications, commissioning plans, and evaluation of technical suppliers.

Conduct training for PdM Technicians and support root cause analysis.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or similar discipline preferred

5 + years of experience in a maintenance engineering role required.

5+ experience working with reliability engineering related processes required.

Must fully domain the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process, Asset Management & condition monitoring principles, tools and application

Preferred

Certified Maintenance And Reliability Professional desired

Lean-Six Sigma Black belt certification desired

Expertise in all areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and/or CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization is desired

Proficient on Popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma

Must have an understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and TPM.

Should have good oral/written communication skills and possess tact.

Able to talk in public and teach large groups
