Responsibilities

Partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures.

Accelerate the adoption of Oracle cloud services through discovery, design, and deployment.

Collaboratively design and implement solutions, gather requirements, and develop architectures.

Implement solutions, ensure successful deployments, and support customers from Proof of Concept through production deployment.

Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.

Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.

Build business and technical acumen, and may be assigned to various sites throughout the U.S.

Required

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Cloud Solution Engineer-related occupation

Cloud technologies, software development, and database management

Database Design via Enterprise Edition & Autonomous Database

Hands-on experience with data analytics and data science techniques

Storage & Networking

Software Systems Architecture Design

Experience with 2 or more object-oriented programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, Java, or C++

DevOps, Containerization (Docker & Kubernetes), Functions

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
