Responsibilities

Build a data structure and reporting process by working through various business parameters to establish truth in data.

Identify data-driven business insights and present findings to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Design and conduct experiments to improve key output metrics and shape long-term strategy.

Leverage data to increase program efficiency, working closely with business teams for optimization.

Update existing and create new metrics and reporting to drive business conclusions.

Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.

Adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research including data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

Required

3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

Experience with SQL

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

Preferred

Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field

Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent

Passionate about data, discovering trends, driving actions through insights. Good communication and writing. Effectively communicates with both business and technical teams
