Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Conduct regular client visits to understand their operations, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial valves and equipment.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability while meeting customer requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industrial valves and equipment, including Emerson's product offerings.
Provide technical expertise to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products for their applications.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of industrial valves and equipment, with knowledge of Emerson products being advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel to client sites within the designated territory.
