Responsibilities
Work and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful outcome of project
Maintain project documentation- Gantt charts, Risk registers, process maps, action logs, schedules/timelines, etc.
Drive accountability within project to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met and project stays on track in governance with the charter
Manage uncontrolled growth / scope creep in a project in governance through the charter
Resolve issues and remove roadblocks that arise / provide options for mitigation
Track and communicate critical project achievements, risks, and escalations timely- including risk to business functions
Identify opportunities for strategic improvement within Project Management team and Customer Experience (CX) function
Execute duties and responsibilities independently while identifying innovative solutions
Ensure all projects being executed deliver customer growth and/or experience opportunities- capturing Return on Investment for all projects
Understand and oversee the execution of the budget and resource allocation- ensure proper lead-time for resource availability and utilization
Manage, organize, monitor and improve relationships with stakeholders- both inside and outside the organization (as relevant per project)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred
PMP Certification preferred but not required
