Responsibilities
Processing, Scheduling, Mailing, and Coordinating Criminal Background Checks:
Handle the entire lifecycle of criminal background checks for clinicians, including data entry, document verification, and record-keeping
Schedule background checks with appropriate authorities or third-party services and ensure timely completion
Mail necessary documentation and follow up on pending checks to ensure all required information is obtained and processed
Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and comply with relevant regulations and company policies
Scheduling and Coordinating Notary Services:
Schedule and arrange notary services for clinicians, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal departments and external notary public services to facilitate document notarization
Maintain a log of notarized documents and ensure proper record-keeping and storage
Communicating with and Collecting Provider Data:
Serve as a point of contact for providers, ensuring effective and timely communication during clinician onboarding
Collect, review, and verify provider data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Maintain a comprehensive database of provider information, updating records as necessary

Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
Strong attention to detail
Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Willingness to travel to mail documents
