Responsibilities

Identify, locate, and consolidate data from partner teams and tools to create end-to-end data visibility, dashboards, and reports with key insights into cost savings opportunities.
Work across teams and regions to understand key processes and how they influence the data quality and availability.
Participate in meetings with partner teams and leadership to explain cost trends and cost savings opportunities.

Required

3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab

Preferred

Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
Experience in construction quantity surveying, preferably in data center construction.
Experience with and understanding of construction costs including but not limited to factors affecting site, labor, material, and process costs.
