Responsibilities

Support the global HR Communications team and other HR colleagues in creating visual campaigns, programs, and promotions.

Lead design efforts across multiple channels, interact with HR benefits colleagues, oversee vendors and print production, provide video design, curate the photo library, and manage vendor relationships.

Work on key projects such as global development week, annual benefits open enrollment, global benefits brand strategy, talent acquisition materials, and more.

Play a crucial role in maintaining the look and feel of HR communications to employees, ensuring quality standards and reflecting the corporate brand.

Have an in-depth understanding of the Abbott brand and programs to support successful communication strategies.

Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Experience / Training Required: 2-4 years of experience

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator as well as PowerPoint, Word and other formats, experience with video editing software
