Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage network solutions to support business needs and growth.

Configure and maintain Meraki devices, including security appliances, switches, and wireless access points.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex network issues to ensure optimal operation.

Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards.

Conduct regular network assessments and optimize network performance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and applications.

Prepare and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and support processes.

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies as needed.

Travel to various sites as required to support network installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering.

Proven experience with Cisco Meraki solutions, including security appliances, switches, and wireless access points.

Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.

Experience with network monitoring and management tools.

Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Meraki certifications are highly desirable.

Deep understanding of PCI compliance and implementation of its regulatory requirements
