Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams to develop enhancements to label and rating products, as well as API onboarding

Create and grow a clear abstraction of carrier capabilities in partnership with engineering

Research API customers' pain points and shipping strategies, and classify how the product meets their needs

Continuously publish research, including competitor announcements, market analysis, and trends

Develop a long-term roadmap for core product areas backed by thorough research

Collaborate with other product and engineering teams to build high-quality, scalable solutions

Understand and own the shipping domain, empathize with merchants, and understand their challenges

Empathize with developers to understand integration challenges and determine important problems worth solving

Required

5+ years of Product Management experience

2+ years of experience with external-facing API products

Proven track record of delivering great products end-to-end from strategy through execution

Ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute methodically

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for a variety of audiences with a wide range of technical skill levels and backgrounds

Willing to wear many hats and collaborate with all levels of the organization

Preferred

Experience with eCommerce order fulfillment a plus

Experience with parcel carrier integrations a plus
