Responsibilities
Understand and document the complete architecture of the hybrid cloud platform and infrastructure implementation.
Provide recommendations for improving and optimizing the existing solution.
Enable successful accomplishment of performance objectives for scalability, reliability, security, resiliency, efficiency, and observability.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-level objectives and roadmaps.
Work on-site with the Government customer at an off-Base location in either El Segundo, CA or Colorado Springs, CO at least 3 days per week.

Required
Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a cloud engineer or DevOps engineer or software systems engineer
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, STEM, or IT from an accredited institution
US citizen and possession of a current Secret Clearance
Expertise with cloud computing platforms and their services within various security domains
Deep understanding of the concepts and principles of Infrastructure as Code and GitOps
Comprehensive knowledge of data processing and storage technologies
Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks, with an emphasis on cybersecurity
Familiarity with reading and creating network diagrams
