Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional engineering team in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing new medical device projects.

Ensure R&D projects are completed on time, cost, and budget.

Develop project charter and management plan, evaluate tradeoffs, collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, and manage project budget.

Create a risk management plan, estimate project resources, and develop stakeholder management plan.

Build successful relationships with internal and external personnel, resolve conflicts, and drive results in support of business goals.

Incorporate end-user feedback, adhere to Quality Management Systems, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required; in engineering or technical discipline

4+ years of experience developing products in a regulated industry

Preferred

PMP or equivalent preferred

Medical device or regulated industry experience

Technical or management experience in electromechanical and/or software products

Experience with MS Project
