Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Managing Director, Strategic Partnership to support and execute special projects.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring goals are met efficiently.
Handle administrative tasks such as tracking and sending invoices, preparing presentations, and managing contracts.
Support scheduling and spreadsheet development for various internal processes.
Engage in activities that streamline and document partnership-related processes to improve efficiency.

Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a focus in a relevant field.
At least three years of professional experience in project management or a related administrative role.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in handling detailed, complex projects and making administrative procedures more efficient.
