Responsibilities
Develop and implement targeted healthcare market strategies for the assigned area (Missouri market).
Analyze local market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory factors to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Rippl support teams to align strategies with overall organizational objectives.
Lead business development efforts to expand the organization's presence in the healthcare market within the designated area.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisition opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare providers, and community influencers.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize strategies and achieve growth targets.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on area performance and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Growth, Care Team and Operations, to ensure a unified approach in serving Rippl's partners in MO.
Provide guidance and matrixed support to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance expectations.
Stay abreast of local healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Partner with Finance/Contracting and Operations to ensure that all business activities within the area comply with relevant healthcare standards and guidelines.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in healthcare management and business development within a specified geographical area
In-depth knowledge of local healthcare market trends, regulatory landscape, and competitor activities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a focus on achieving growth targets
