Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to handle all day-to-day operations and requests in an efficient and timely manner
Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure consistent service
Help assigned accounts to grow by introducing new products and opportunities, including cross-selling where appropriate
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the clients in your account portfolio
Communicate client needs to the VP of Account Management
Forecast and track client account metrics
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Simultaneously manage multiple clients and deadlines
Maintain detailed records and notes for all account activity

College degree in Communications, Business, or similar
At least 1-2 years of entry-level account management experience
Eagerness to advance their career in account management
