Responsibilities
Provide engineering support including graphic arts design, presentation preparation, and document production using Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word.
Perform general office duties such as calendar management, scheduling, answering phones, data entry, filing, and printing assistance.
Interface with attorneys, accountants, and other corporate professionals.
Receive training and support from a seasoned team to enhance skills and handle meaningful assignments.

Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Preferred
5-7 years Administrative Experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
Deltek Vision Experience a Plus
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Ability to Work Effectively with a Range of Personality Types and Seniority Levels
Preferred
InDesign or other graphic design experience
