Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Prepare reports on account status.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g., Brands, Criteo) to ensure seamless service and performance delivery.

Required

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in account management or client services preferably at a digital or full-service agency
Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful client outcomes.
Agency and/or Commerce media experience preferred.
Strong client management skills.
Thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Ability to manage cross-device and cross-channel addressable marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Close attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred

Experience in retail/beauty is preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
