Responsibilities

Validate front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionalities across product components.

Define best practices and be the domain expert in Jitterbit product testing.

Establish and maintain test environments and assets across all supported configurations and endpoints.

Work with Product Management and Development teams to review requirements and design, providing feedback to identify bugs and potential improvements.

Required

Excellent verbal and written English language skills

Solid experience in designing and executing complex test cases for frontend and backend components based on requirements from product management and engineering teams

Solid experience establishing and maintaining test environments/test beds for your release cycles

Prolific in creating and triaging bugs as well as establishing test metrics/reports

Experience using Scrum and a demonstrated ability to contribute as a quality engineer in an agile development environment

Working knowledge and/or experience testing iPaaS/SaaS-based products or other cloud technologies in either Windows, Linux, and/or Kubernetes/Docker configurations

Demonstrated ability to utilize web APIs and technologies using SOAP, REST, JSON/XML to interface with relational databases, CRM/ERP systems, etc.

Experience using a variety of toolsets, utilities, and scripts during test execution (e.g. Postman, SoapUI, Datadog or other APM’s, etc.)

Experience testing low code applications

Proactive in participating and communicating with others to design and develop product features

Experienced working remotely with widely distributed teams

Possess strong verbal and written communications skills, are self-directed and a process advocate
