Performs a variety clerical of duties requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures

Duties include maintaining simple to complex files, keeping records, preparing schedules, compiling and checking reports, searching and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations and typing correspondence and reports

Communication skills

PC skills and familiarity with office equipment
