Responsibilities
Perform the month end close procedures for Wabtec Global Service Centers and report timely results
Maintain the general ledger, coordinate daily accounting activities, perform quarter end analysis and reporting
Support accounts payable process to ensure accurate liabilities
Develop annual and continuous forecasting of financial metrics
Partner closely with service center plant managers to perform detailed financial analysis, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Assist with setting annual standard costs and physical inventory
Lead and execute projects such as developing standard reports, audit testing, and monthly reporting for key performance drivers
Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by Sr. Operations Finance Manager and Service Center Leaders

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work at all levels and partner with Management team
A self-driven and motivated mindset
Preferred
Oracle system experience preferred
